Dr. Inna Novalija<\/strong><\/h1>\n

\"\"Dr. Inna Novalija<\/strong> works as a senior researcher and advisor at the Department for Artificial Intelligence<\/a>, <\/strong>Jo\u017eef Stefan Institute<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

She is an expert in research and development in the area of Artificial Intelligence<\/strong><\/a> and Data Science<\/strong><\/a> . Her key competences include Machine Learning<\/strong><\/a>, Data<\/strong><\/a>\/Text<\/a>\/Web Mining<\/a><\/strong>, Semantic Technologies<\/strong><\/a>, and Data Visualization<\/strong><\/a>. In particular, she is working on utilizing text analysis techniques for modelling and forecasting and data mining techniques for developing applicable tools and technologies.<\/p>\n

Inna holds a PhD degree in Computer Science<\/strong><\/a> and MA degree in Economics<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

She participates as a team leader and team member in EU projects<\/strong><\/a>, national and international projects. Inna leads MA and PhD Students, as well as presents her research at national and international events<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

She is a program committee member of international conferences and reviewer of several international journals.<\/p>\n

In 2012-2013 Inna was a Visiting Researcher at Knowledge Media Institute<\/a><\/strong>, the Open University, UK, working in the area of Semantic Technologies and Semantic Web.<\/p>\n
